Jane Darling has extensive experience in editorial and digital content roles, currently serving as Editorial Staff at the Cellular Agriculture Society since August 2021 and Digital Content Manager for Protein Report since May 2021. Additionally, Jane is a Committee Member at Cellular Agriculture UK from July 2021. Previously, Jane held the position of Senior Writer at Which? from March 2014 to February 2022. Jane's educational background includes a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, a Bachelor's degree in Biology from King's College London, a Master of Science in Applied Horticulture from the University of Reading, and a PGCE in Education from the University of Reading.
