Jocilyn Guerra is a Bioprocessing Technician at CellSEP LLC, with experience in PBMC isolation, quality control checks, client communications, cryopreservation, and specimen shipping. Prior to this role, Jocilyn served as a Barista Manager and Social Media Manager at Kona Reserve, accumulating over seven years of customer service experience. Additional experience includes working as a Microbiology Laboratory Assistant II at Quest Diagnostics, where tasks involved specimen processing and microbiology cultures, and as a Laboratory Assistant at GeneIQ. Jocilyn also worked as a Barista at Cuppa Austin earlier in the career. Jocilyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Dallas and a high school diploma from Leander High School.
