Nicole Cellone serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Cellone's Italian Bread Co. since February 2013, where responsibilities include advising on company policies, ensuring compliance with laws, and negotiating contracts. Prior experience includes a Research Fellowship at the American Bar Association's Rule of Law Initiative, focusing on rights protections for disabled individuals and climate change laws. Nicole also volunteered as a Law Clerk for Chief Magistrate Judge Lisa Pupo Lenihan, worked with the Women’s Law Project on civil rights litigation, and interned at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Case Western Reserve University, a Master's degree from King's College London, and a Bachelor's degree from Smith College, along with a certificate in Financial Analysis and Valuation from Harvard Business School Online.
