Leonoor van Rijn currently serves as Teamlead & Projectmanager Recruitment at Cello since July 2023 and is the owner of See You Videos, a project started in February 2022 focused on capturing personal moments through video. Prior experience includes roles at Aethon.nl from May 2018 to July 2023 as Accountmanager Zorg, Teamlead Recruitment, and Recruiter. Leonoor also worked as Assistent manager at Villa Vedici in Cambodia from April 2016 to May 2018, and held various positions in the hospitality industry, including Bediening at Café Bar le Duc and Lunchcafé Paris, as well as administrative work at Gerechtshof 's-Hertogenbosch. Leonoor's background in education includes a Bachelor of Journalism from Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg completed in 2014, and a HAVO degree from d'Oultremontcollege obtained in 2006.
