Fenna Dijkman has extensive experience in human resources and organizational guidance across various companies. At BrabantZorg, Fenna serves as the Chair of the Advisory Committee for Social Support and IBC, supported by training in job evaluation at FWG-Academy. Simultaneously, at Cello, Fenna acts as the external chair of the Staff Complaints Committee. Fenna's significant tenure at Bernhoven includes roles such as HR Business Partner, Personnel and Organization Advisor, Team Leader for P&O Management, Team Coordinator for P&O Application Management, and Personnel Advisor, showcasing expertise in HR management and organizational change aligned with healthcare innovations.
