Jaclyn Varnado, PMP, is a seasoned Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in managing customer implementations and support. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Cello since May 2023, Jaclyn previously held the same title at Userlane from August 2020 to April 2023.
