De Vedelly Emmanuel is an experienced professional in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Responsable Régional at Cellnex Telecom since September 2022. Prior to this role, De Vedelly held the position of Responsable Régional Relation et Développement Patrimoine at HIVORY SAS from September 2018 to December 2022, where management of a team and regional negotiations were primary responsibilities.
