Jorge Alfaro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network operations and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Case Manager at Expereo since June 2022, Jorge previously worked as an NOC Operator at Transtelco Holding Inc. and Neutrona Networks International, where responsibilities included ticket management and network troubleshooting across various technologies. With a strong background in managing support teams and delivering training for CAD software at Sierra Technology Group S.A., Jorge has also held technical support roles at SADRAS INFORMATICA and MAM'S ENTERPRISE S.A. Jorge's early career includes technical drawing and translation responsibilities for electronic equipment at AZIMUTAL INGENIERIA.
