Jean-Paul Ortiz has worked in various roles in the engineering field since 2013. Jean-Paul began their career at Energy Power Systems LLC as an Applications/Product Engineer in 2013. Jean-Paul then moved to IMMI in 2015, where they held the positions of Strategic Implementation Project Manager, Product Engineering Lead, and Product/Applications Engineer. In 2018, they became an Application Engineer at Autoliv. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Senior Product Engineering Manager and Product Engineering Manager at American Battery Solutions Inc., and is currently employed at CelLink Corporation as a Design and Applications Engineering Manager and Senior Design Engineer.

Jean-Paul Ortiz obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering Biology from Oakland University between 2007 and 2012.
