Laura Dunworth has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Laura started their career as a Research Associate at the Cincinnati Sportsmedicine Research & Education Foundation in 1988, where they assisted with clinical and biomechanical research for a sports medicine and orthopedic fellowship program. Laura then worked as an Office Manager at VCD International, Inc. from 1993 to 1997, specializing in orthopedic, sports medicine, and trauma products. During this time, they also played a role in setting up and organizing a European distribution office for Smith+Nephew Dyonics and FluoroScan Imaging Systems.

In 1997, Laura co-founded Vcd Medical Inc., a distribution company specializing in spinal instrumentation. As the Co-owner and Office Manager, they were involved in marketing, training, and servicing surgeons throughout Texas. Laura continued in this role until 2011.

From 2011 to 2015, Laura worked at MedRebels as a Research and Education specialist. In this position, they contributed to various research and educational initiatives.
