Karina Sick Larsson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Karina is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cell Impact AB since September 2021. Previously, Karina worked at CAB Group AB from November 2016 to September 2021, where they held the role of Manager HR & Communication. Their responsibilities included streamlining repair processes for the vehicle and property sectors. Prior to that, Karina worked at Cambrex from January 2010 to November 2016. During their tenure, they served as the Director of Human Resources and was a part of the Management Team in Karlskoga. Additionally, Karina held the position of Human Resources Officer at Cambrex from June 2000 to December 2009. Karina also served as an Employer delegation member (Avtalsrådet), Kemiska Fabriker at IKEM - Innovations- och kemiindustrierna i Sverige from August 2009 to November 2016. Earlier in their career, Karina worked as a Project Developer at Bergsskolan from April 1999 to June 2000. Karina was responsible for the development and piloting of an entrepreneur- and leadership course. Additionally, Karina served as a Human Resources Officer at GE Capital from September 1998 to April 1999, where they developed a Nordic employee handbook and designed HR processes with Six Sigma methodology. Before that, they worked as a Project Leader at Handelskammaren Värmland from February 1998 to September 1998.
Karina Sick Larsson has a diverse education history. Karina attended INSEAD for a brief period in 2019, where they focused on building digital partnerships and ecosystems. Prior to that, they completed an Executive Master of Human Resources program at Chefakademin from 2010 to 2014. In 1999 to 2000, Karina studied project management at Forskarstation Bergslagen/Arbetslivsinstitutet. Karina also attended the University of Gothenburg from 1997 to 1998, studying conflict management. In their earlier years, Karina pursued various subjects at Karlstad University from 1993 to 1997, including human resources, organizational development, psychology, and economics. In 1991, they received education in graphic design and illustration at Berghs School of Communication. Karina has obtained additional certifications such as Building Digital Partnerships and ECO Systems from INSEAD and DISC, GIA, TEIQ, TST from Thomas International Sweden. Karina also earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Cambrex.
