Randall Hoover has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Randall currently holds the position of Senior Director, Research at Cellectar Biosciences, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Drug Discovery and Development Consultant at Pharmacokinetics / ADMET Consulting. Randall also served as the Director Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics at Sequoia Pharmaceuticals. Randall was the Director of DMPK at MGI Pharma, where they managed the DMPK department and was involved in preclinical and clinical pharmacokinetics, metabolism, and bioanalysis. Before that, they held the position of Scientist / Associate Director of DMPK at Guilford Pharmaceuticals, where they managed the DMPK department and was responsible for preclinical and clinical PK, metabolism, and bioanalysis. Randall began their career as a Sr. Research Scientist at ABC Laboratories.

Randall Hoover holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Randall also obtained a B.S. in Chemistry from the same university. Randall further pursued their education at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, where they earned a Master's Degree in Pharmacometrics. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certara Certified NCA Analyst using Phoenix WinNonlin Versions 8.1 and 8.2, as well as a Certara Certified Population PK/PD Pharmacometrician (Level 1) using Phoenix NLME 8.0/8.1/8.2.
