Brian Kincaid has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Brian began their career in 2012 at The eFactory, where they served as the Business Incubator Coordinator for two years before being promoted to the role of Director. In this position, they held responsibilities until 2018 when they joined CellARide. At CellARide, Brian initially served as the Controller and later became the Chief Product Officer in August 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Product Officer at CellARide.

Brian Kincaid received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance from Drury University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Brian continued their education at Missouri State University, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from 2010 to 2012. In 2015 and 2016, Brian attended the University of Oklahoma's Economic Development Institute, although the field of study is unspecified. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification as an Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) from the National Development Council in May 2013.
