Josh Posty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative direction and brand management. Currently serving as a Partner and Creative Director at CUSP° since October 2019 and a Partner at Cellar Technologies since October 2021, Posty has demonstrated a strong leadership role in various design initiatives. Previously, as Creative Director at Novus Design Group from January 2012 to October 2019 and Brand Manager-Consultant at Pixel Blue College from 2012 to March 2019, Posty focused on graphic, print, and web design, along with signage and advertising. In addition to design expertise, Posty contributed to student recruiting efforts at Pixel Blue College, aiding prospective students in navigating the application process and familiarizing them with campus resources.
