Béatrice Boueri is the Chief People Officer at Cellap Laboratoire S.A. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Béatrice served as a Senior Consultant, Executive Coach, and Head of Assessments at pdp performance development partners sa from October 2013 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and coaching over 250 individuals in leadership and career development. Béatrice has held significant positions such as Head of the Business Academy at Mercuri Urval and various roles at Adecco Group Italy, focusing on recruitment and training in the hospitality industry. Béatrice holds a Bachelor in Hotel and Restaurant Management from EHL and a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Systems Engineering from heig-vd, alongside several certifications in coaching and talent management.
