Carolyn Peluso

Associate Director, Product Information Management at Cell Signaling Technology

Carolyn Peluso has extensive experience in various roles related to product information management, science writing/editing, and technical writing. Carolyn worked as an Associate Director of Product Information Management at Cell Signaling Technology, where they were responsible for managing product information and leading process improvement initiatives. Prior to that, they served as a Manager of the Science Writing/Editing Team in the Marketing Department, overseeing a team and managing the development of marketing collateral. Carolyn also worked as a Science Writer/Editor at Cell Signaling Technology. Before joining Cell Signaling Technology, Carolyn worked as a Technical Writer at ATCC, where they managed editorial calendars and developed content for the company's website. Carolyn also produced webinars to support marketing efforts. In addition, they have experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the National Institutes of Health, where they conducted independent research, presented at conferences, and mentored students. Carolyn also had a short-term role as a Senior Editor on the NIH Fellows Editorial Board at the National Cancer Institute. Carolyn started their career as a Graduate Student at Tufts University and conducted independent research, resulting in a publication. Finally, they worked as a Production Manager at Signet Laboratories Inc, where they managed a team and coordinated production output.

Carolyn Peluso received their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Providence College in 1999. Carolyn then pursued a Ph.D. in Cell, Molecular, and Developmental Biology at Tufts University School of Medicine from 2001 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Data Strategy from Emeritus in 2022, and in Successfully Managing People from the American Management Association in 2016.
