Callum Campbell has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various industries. Callum started their career in 2013 as a Shop Assistant/Warehouse Operative at Around A Pound, where they worked until 2020. In 2017, they worked as a Design Engineer at GM STEEL LIMITED for a year. In 2020, they worked as a Production Operator at M&M Qualtech for a short period. From 2021 to 2023, they worked as a Manufacturing Lead at Vision-Built. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Process Engineer at Celestica, starting in 2023.

Callum Campbell has a diverse education history. Callum obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Ulster University, which they pursued from 2015 to 2020. Callum furthered their studies with a Master's degree in Mechatronic Systems from Technische Hochschule Augsburg, completed in 2020. Recently, Callum pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Lean Six Sigma Management from the University of Limerick between 2023 and 2025. Additionally, they also hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the Construction Industry Federation (CIF), acquired in 2021.
