Lacey Erdly began their work experience in 2000 as a freelance web developer and graphic designer. In 2006, they joined EFC Systems as a Senior Web Developer and worked there until 2016. Lacey then joined SimplyDigi Inc as a Web Application Developer from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Lacey joined Vector Solutions as a Senior Software Developer and later became a Development Manager from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they served as a Technical Owner at Vector Solutions. Currently, Lacey works as an Engineering Manager at Celero Commerce, starting in February 2023.

Lacey Erdly received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 1998 and 2003. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Getting Started with PCI Compliance," "Learning Secure Payments and PCI," "AWS Quick Tips for Developers," "React.js Essential Training," "Advanced SQL: High Performance Relational Divisions," "Leadership in Tech," and "Using Docker and .NET Core." These certifications were obtained between November 2022 and April 2023 from various institutions, such as LinkedIn.
