Sarah Powell is a GIS Specialist I at Celerity Consulting Group, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Geographic Information Systems Technician at RMSI from July 2021 to May 2023. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Cartography from Humboldt State University, obtained in May 2021, and an Associate of Arts for Transfer in Geography from Diablo Valley College, completed in 2018.
