Kristin Clark has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Kristin started their career as a Talent Sourcing Coordinator at MDS Pharma Services in 2006 and then moved to Celerion in the same role in 2010. In 2013, they worked as a Recruiter at Celanese and later joined UTC Aerospace Systems as a Recruiter in 2010. In 2013, they became a Recruiter at TDW - TD Williamson, followed by a role as a Recruiter at United States Steel Corporation in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Recruiter at Bosch and then transitioned to Amazon Web Services as a Recruiter in 2015. Kristin joined IBM as an RPO Recruiter in 2010 before returning to Celerion as a Recruiter in 2016. At Celerion, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, Certified Transform Recruitment Marketer in 2018. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, conducting intake meetings, creating job postings, developing recruiting strategies, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process. Kristin Clark attended Nebraska Wesleyan University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Communication. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Lincoln East High School, earning a College Prep High School Diploma.
