Carrie Bader has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Carrie began their career as an ETL-Rx Pharmacy Manager at Target from July 2011 to November 2012. Carrie then worked as a Research Pharmacist at Prism Research from November 2012 to March 2017. After that, Carrie joined Celerion as a Research Pharmacist in May 2017. In November 2018, they moved to Optum Specialty Pharmacy, where they held the role of Clinical PV Pharmacist and Manager of the Drug Safety Team. At Optum, Carrie was responsible for leading the Pharmacovigilance team, developing safety reporting tools, collaborating with industry relations for contracts, and presenting safety data during business reviews. In the same year, they also joined Avella Specialty Pharmacy as a Pharmacovigilance Pharmacist.

Carrie Bader's education history includes attending the University of Minnesota from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree in the field of Pharmacy.
