Cassie Roma is the Founder and Director of CR&Co, a brand consultancy that integrates creativity, community, change, and technology, established in March 2020. With extensive experience as a Global Keynote Speaker at Celebrity Speakers New Zealand since January 2013, Cassie specializes in creative content, social media strategy, and storytelling within the evolving digital landscape. Previous roles include Advisor to the CEO for The Apprentice Aotearoa at TVNZ, Head of Content Marketing at The Warehouse Group, and various leadership positions in content marketing and social media at notable organizations such as Air New Zealand, ANZ, and Mercury Energy. Cassie holds a degree in Spanish Language & Literature, History, and Communications from UC Santa Barbara and a Small Business Certificate from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa.
