Leslie Sommer is an experienced educator and artist with a diverse background in teaching and arts management. Currently serving as a Teacher’s Assistant and Art Teacher at Celebrate the Children since September 2018, Leslie has also held the position of Sundance Director at Jeff Lakes Day Camp since June 2010. Previously, Leslie worked as an Artist and Assistant Manager at Learning Express from September 2005 to September 2018 and as an Account Manager at West Essex Graphics from September 1996 to February 2005. Leslie earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Art Teacher Education from Syracuse University from 1990 to 1994, following graduation from West Orange High School in 1990.
