Noel Bingham has a diverse background in education and support services, with experience ranging from being a Family Trainer to a Resource Teacher and On-Site Director. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Catholic University of America and a Master's degree in Elementary Special Education from the University of Maryland, Noel has been dedicated to working with individuals with special needs for many years. Currently serving as the President of Celebrate Ability, Noel continues to make a positive impact in the community.
