A certified SCRUM Master, Steve has a wealth of systems development experience both for front-end applications, and back-end architecture in a variety of industries including banking, pharmaceuticals, and fleet management. Responsible for all of CEI’s applications, Steve leads the IT team responsible for supporting CEI’s business mission and successful management of all system development & support.
