Rick Eckenrode possesses extensive experience in quality control and management within the automotive industry. Since 2000, Rick has served as a Quality Control Specialist at CEI Fleet Driver Management, where responsibilities include reviewing estimates, making repair decisions, and consulting with clients on fleet maintenance. Rick's expertise in negotiating repair methods and translating technical jargon has established a key role as a resource for a department of approximately 75 co-workers. Prior to CEI, Rick held sales roles at Mr Tire/Mile One and managerial positions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Towson University, completed in 1985.
