Vera Amorim serves as the Diretor jurídico and Head of People and Legal at CEiiA // Centre of Engineering and Product Development since August 2012, specializing in corporate law, commercial law, labor law, contracts, public procurement, intellectual property, and GDPR compliance. Prior experience includes roles as an attorney at PQ&NMC, SOC. ADVOGADOS from August 2010 to August 2012, and as a lawyer in a law office from October 2007 to May 2010. Vera Amorim holds a Licenciatura in Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2002-2007) and has completed multiple postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance & Governance, Intellectual Property, and Labor Law and Social Security at various institutions, including a recent advanced postgraduate degree in 2021 from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa. Additionally, Vera Amorim pursued English language studies between 1997 and 1999.
