Zachary Hoyt is a seasoned program and project manager with extensive experience in engineering and construction management. Currently at CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. since January 2019, Zachary holds dual roles as Program Manager and Project Manager. Previously, Zachary served as Project Manager and Business Development professional at CP Build Enterprises, LLC, overseeing construction administration and logistics. As Chairman of the City of Pea Ridge Planning Commission from January 2015 to December 2017, Zachary contributed to urban development planning and ordinance crafting. Zachary's earlier roles include Project Manager at Harrison French & Associates, where project management ranged from site selection to construction, as well as positions at Walmart, Just Fishin' Guides, and Rock-Tenn Company. Zachary holds a Certificate of Proficiency in CADD from North Arkansas College and a High School Diploma from Harrison High School.
