Madalin Radu has over a decade of experience in the IT and service management sectors, currently serving as a Change Manager at Cegeka Romania since January 2013, where multiple leadership roles have been undertaken, including Incident & Problem & Change Coordinator and Team Leader for various departments. Prior to this, Madalin Radu was the General Manager at Advanced Network Engineering from December 2008 to December 2012, and held various positions at Stefanini EMEA from June 2005 to December 2008, including Program Manager and Team Leader. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Craiova and a grant in English Language and Literature from Universitat de Barcelona.
