Gertie Delande held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Gertie started as a Business Consultant and Project Manager at Ardatis in 1998 before moving to Cegeka NV in 2006 as a Project Manager. At Cegeka, they progressed to roles such as Program Manager and Business Unit Manager in healthcare, pharma, and public sectors. In 2016, they became the CEO at nexuzhealth. Currently, they are the VP of Connected Health at Cegeka, showcasing their experience and leadership in the healthcare and technology sectors.

Gertie Delande attended Koninklijk Atheneum Tienen from 1986 to 1992, focusing on Mathematics. Gertie then pursued a Master's degree in Economics and IT Management from 1994 to 1998. In 2015, they enrolled at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management for an MBA highlights program.
