Fatima Malavolta has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, both at a national and international level. Fatima began their professional growth at Cefla in the area of personnel administration, handling tasks related to payroll, labor costs, budgeting, and progressing in areas such as compensation & benefits, labor law, industrial relations, and labor litigation. As People & Organization Director at Cefla, they also took on the responsibility of the Talent Acquisition & People Development department. Before working at Cefla, they were an Administrative Employee at Cooperativa Ceramica IMLA.

Fatima Malavolta has a degree in Ragioniera Perito Commerciale from Tecnico Commerciale Paolini Imol, which was completed from 1976 to 1981. Additionally, they obtained the Consulente del Lavoro certification from the Direzione Territoriale del Lavoro di Bologna in 2004.
