Andre Convents is a seasoned leader in innovation and technology within the chemical and consumer goods industries, currently serving as the Lead Founder of the InQbet co-location campus and as the Connect+Develop and Innovation Director at Procter & Gamble since 1990. Convents has spearheaded complex, multi-party innovation programs and has held various leadership roles, including heading product and technology development initiatives. Active in several strategic boards such as Cefic and SPIRE2030, Convents has contributed to shaping the European innovation agenda and promoting sustainability. With a PhD in Chemistry from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and further education at Harvard Business School, Convents combines scientific expertise with strategic business acumen to drive advancements in industrial R&D.
