Laidy Xiomara Contreras Neris possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as Encargada de Compensaci贸n y Beneficios and Coordinadora de Relaciones Laborales y N贸mina at CEDIMAT since October 2020. Previously, Laidy held the role of Encargada Reclutamiento y Selecci贸n at Carrefour from November 2015 to September 2020, overseeing the recruitment and integration processes for new employees. Laidy's career also includes a position as Encargada de Recursos Humanos at Hipermercados Ole from August 2012 to November 2015, where responsibilities included managing and supervising branch staff. Laidy began the career as Asistente Administrativa at Nerys Industrial C x A from August 2007 to June 2011. Laidy holds a Master's degree in Gesti贸n de Recursos Humanos and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad Aut贸noma de Santo Domingo.
