Luciana Bucci is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People Business Partner at Cedeira Software Factory S.R.L. since November 2022. Previously, Luciana held roles as a Senior HR Generalist at Wunderman Thompson Argentina and POSSIBLE, where responsibilities included onboarding new employees, performance evaluations, and recruitment processes. Luciana began the HR career as an HR Assistant at DM Consultores and later worked as an HR Analyst at Process Technologies, gaining extensive experience in candidate selection, coordination of interviews, and employee onboarding.
