Neema Haria, MHSA, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in performance improvement and strategic operations at Cedars-Sinai since 2012. Holding various leadership roles including Executive Director of Performance Improvement and Operations Strategic Alignment, Neema has successfully overseen the implementation of performance improvement programs utilizing methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma, contributing to population health management and care delivery efficiency. Neema's prior experience includes serving as an Administrative Resident at Johns Bayview Medical Center and initially as an Administrative Intern at Sibley Memorial Hospital, where key projects enhanced patient care and operational processes. Educational credentials include a Master of Health Services Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Public Health from Boston University.
