Gary Dunger currently serves as the Executive Director of Design & Construction at Cedars Sinai Health System, a position held since December 2019. In this role, Gary Dunger oversees the entire development process from planning to project completion, collaborating with a variety of internal and external teams. Prior to this, Gary Dunger was the Chief Fire & Life Safety Officer at the Office of Statewide Health Planning & Development from September 2001 to December 2019, where responsibilities included comprehensive code applications and fire safety standards. Additionally, Gary Dunger served as the Business Process Manager for eServices at the same office, managing electronic services to facilitate OSHPD operations. Earlier experience includes roles as Fire Marshal at UCLA, Deputy State Fire Marshal, Firefighter/Fire Prevention Officer at Porterville Fire Department, and Crew Chief at the U.S. Army Fire Department.
