Ethan Romba is an experienced engineering manager currently leading a distributed team at Cedar, focusing on the development of a point-of-service solution to enhance healthcare operations. Previously, Ethan held roles including Engineering Lead at Rally Health, where leadership involved the creation of an internal web-service for insurance benefits, and various engineering positions at Pariveda Solutions, where contributions spanned managing a centralized identity platform and developing microservices. Additional experience includes solution architecture for major clients across industries, coupled with a background in teaching full-stack web development at Northwestern's Coding Boot Camp. Ethan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University.
