Courtney Willenzik, CCEP, CHC, CHPC, currently serves as VP/Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance at Cedar since February 2023. Previously, Courtney held the position of Compliance Officer at Innovaccer from May 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included designing and managing compliance operations for a healthcare informatics company. At Centene Corporation, from June 2017 to May 2021, Courtney served as Director and Compliance Officer for Envolve PeopleCare, focusing on compliance in a large business unit catering to Medicaid and Medicare populations. Earlier experiences include roles as Compliance and Commercial Insurance Manager at JMJ Associates, paralegal at the Texas Medical Board, and paralegal at the Law Office of Hugh Barton. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Texas at Austin and participated in an Honors Program in Liberal Arts and Sciences at Southern Methodist University.
