Griffin Epping assists in the underwriting and financial modeling of new acquisitions. Before joining CEDARst, Griffin interned at Duff & Phelps in Chicago where he assisted in employing the three main approaches to value, helped determine Net Asset Values for large CRE portfolios, and conducted in-depth market research and analysis. Before interning at Duff & Phelps, Griffin attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison and graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate & Finance.
