Luke Miller is an experienced transportation and urban planning professional currently serving as the Traffic Engineering Project Coordinator for the City of Cedar Rapids since August 2015. Prior to this role, Luke worked as a Transportation Planner at the Missouri Department of Transportation from December 2013 to August 2015 and gained retail experience as a Retail Wireless Consultant with U.S. Cellular from September 2010 to December 2013. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University, earned between 2004 and 2009, and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Geography and Cartography at the University of Northern Iowa.
