Pamela Flynn is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee benefits and strategic staffing. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center since May 2014, Pamela has implemented processes for tracking COVID-19 exposures and vaccinations while utilizing innovative recruitment methods during the pandemic. Additionally, in the role of Interim HR Director, oversight includes HR leadership and development of recruitment and retention initiatives for various healthcare facilities.
