Sarah Wachtel is the CEO of LIVE.LIFE.WELL and also serves as the Area Manager at Cedar Management Group. With a background in health promotion and sociology, Sarah has experience as a personal trainer and as the Director of Bootcamp at CrossFit Northlake. Sarah has also interned in health and wellness at YMCA of Greater Charlotte and worked as an Assistant Property Manager at Fairfield Residential.
