Smith Rodney currently serves as Chief Training Officer at Cedar Hill and as Fire Chief for the City of Cedar Hill, both positions held since February 2017. Additionally, Smith has been a Coordinator at Tarrant County College since July 2013 and has held a Coordinator role at the Arlington Fire Department since April 1991, focusing on Special Operations and Homeland Preparedness. Smith's extensive experience in training and emergency response management contributes significantly to the effectiveness of safety and preparedness initiatives in the community.
