Michelle Ebanks has extensive experience in community development and leadership roles, currently serving as Communications Manager and previously as Neighborhood Services Manager and Neighborhood Services Coordinator for the City of Cedar Hill since February 2016. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director for Leadership Southwest, Inc., where the focus was on connecting individuals and preparing them for leadership roles within Southwest Dallas County. Michelle also held the position of Director of Membership Development at the Cedar Hill Chamber of Commerce, emphasizing relationship-building with local businesses. Prior roles include Account Executive at AppleOne Employment Services and Medical Administration in the United States Air Force. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from American Military University, an IOM Certification from the US Chamber of Commerce, and a degree in Communications from The University of Texas at Arlington.
