Alison Ream is an experienced public administration professional currently serving as the Assistant City Manager and Director of Communications for the City of Cedar Hill since July 2017. Previously, Alison held the position of Assistant Director of Business Services for the City of Denton from October 2013 to July 2017, overseeing key functional areas including business process improvement, marketing, budget development, and customer service. Alison also worked as the Administrative Services Manager, managing strategic planning and citizen engagement initiatives, and served as the Assistant to the City Manager for the Town of Addison from December 2009 to October 2013. Alison holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
