Matt Brown is an experienced Operations Director at Cedar Bay, with a focus on large-scale project delivery across manufacturing, food and beverage, and professional services. Previously serving as Head of Global Technology Support and Global Programme Manager at PageGroup, Matt led teams in IT transformation and a multi-million-pound global ERP implementation. As an Associate Director at RSM UK, Matt managed global programmes including ERP, CRM, and analytics. Earlier roles included IT & Business Change Manager at InterContinental Brands, where Matt successfully delivered an ERP solution with zero modifications, and Team Manager at First4it.
