Harsh Pandey began their professional career in 2015 as an Intern at Sopra Steria. Harsh then worked as a Research Intern at Central Soil Salinity Research Institute (CSSRI), ICAR, where they were involved in a project titled "Field Area Meter" which involved Digital Image Processing and Machine Learning. In 2016, they completed trainings and certifications at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation and ARM. Harsh also worked as an Intern at Vodafone in the Networking Department, where they implemented different voice call and data transfer methodologies. Later that year, Harsh joined Smart Joules Pvt. Ltd. as an Embedded Software Intern, where they worked on building a Smart Building Energy Management System. Harsh then took on the role of Embedded System Engineer and Tech Lead - IOT, where they contributed to designing a decentralized architecture and developed and deployed firmware for IoT controllers. In 2021, Harsh began working as a Research Assistant at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, in the Department of Advanced Materials and the Department of Hardware-Software Co-Design. Harsh is currently working as an Application Engineer - Werkstudent at Cedalo since 2023.

Harsh Pandey has an education history that includes a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from DIT University from 2013 to 2017, and they are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Embedded Systems and Robotics (ICT Program) at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, which they began in 2021. Harsh has also obtained several certifications, including Raspberry Pi: GPIO from LinkedIn in August 2021, ARM Cortex Processors, Embedded Systems and Internet of Things from ARM and Cypress Semiconductors in May 2016, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG in January 2016, a Course on Remote Sensing, GNS, GNSS from ISRO - Indian Space Research Organization in November 2015, German Language Proficiency - A1 from Goethe-Institut e.V. in August 2015, and IELTS English Proficiency - C1 from IELTS Official.
