Luke Lester has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering from the University of South Florida. Luke has practical experience in various roles, including as an Assistant Project Manager at Ceco Concrete Construction L.L.C., a Program Management Intern at the Florida Department of Transportation, a Crew Member at Mason Concrete, and a Home Builder Intern at Ryland Homes. Their responsibilities have included reviewing and designing roadway plans, preparing land, tying rebar, mixing and pouring concrete, ordering building materials, maintaining job site safety, and coordinating with trade crews.
