Walter Berrett is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as Sr. Vice President and Director of Operations at Lifecycle Construction Services, LLC since July 2023. Prior to this, Berrett held the position of Executive Program Manager at KOMAN Construction, LLC from September 2019 to February 2024, and served as Chief Operating Officer at Kirlin Builders LLC from June 1993 until February 2024. In the role at Kirlin Builders, Berrett managed overall operations of a general trades construction company, overseeing multiple high-value Medical ID/IQ contracts and projects on military bases, while leading a team of over 100 personnel.
