Charles C. Simpers, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facilities management and architectural operations. Since January 2014, Charles has served as the Director of Facilities and Supervisor of School Construction for Cecil County Public Schools, focusing on administering a school construction program to create safe and inviting educational environments. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Director of Operations/COO at Buck Simpers Architect + Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included marketing strategy and business development. Earlier experience as an Assistant Project Manager at Bancroft Construction Company and a CADD Technician at Buck Simpers Architect + Associates contributed to a solid foundation in project management and architectural practices. Charles holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, along with a Bachelor's degree in History from the same institution and a high school diploma from The Peddie School.
